Optimise Design are looking for ambitious and dedicated sales professionals to help grow our Optimise Home service.
Demand for home renovations and extensions are rapidly increasing and our Optimise Home Service is looking to scale up to meet these needs. The ideal candidate is someone with telesales experience that can give advice and guidance to our clients through their knowledge and personality. You would be joining a creative and dynamic team based on 34 Fitzwilliam Street Upper in Dublin 2.
Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to generate sales of Optimise Home services.
You will be responsible for contacting prospects, understanding their requirements for home improvement, providing some information about our services and closing sales deals over the phone.
You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable in rapidly developing a rapport with the prospect to determine their motivations and needs, manage their expectations, presenting our services and overcoming objections to close the sale over the phone.
Their objective is to help the company grow by bringing in customers, developing new business and exceed their sales quota.
Specific responsibilities for the role will include:
To achieve monthly sales quota
Perform design consultation calls with potential customers for Optimise Home services
Follow up with prospects to close sales
Call existing customers to upsell Optimise Home services
Accurately capture relevant information from the customer.
Manage handover of customer to Optimise Home design team to deliver service
Tracking of prospects and opportunities
Manage the sales process in Optimise Home CRM platform
Greeting clients when they visit our offices, providing a helpful and inviting environment for clients
Attending to the needs of our clients visiting our offices
Making sure our boardroom, waiting areas etc are always tidy & presentable
Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Clear communicator and ability to build rapport
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about Optimise Home services and describe them to prospects
Targets and results driven
Picks things up quickly and is keen to embrace new technology solution
Desirable
Understands how house/extension build and interiors project work – maybe you have renovated your own home?
Communication
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Confidence in communicating with staff, consultants and clients (in person, phone, e-mail, letter and reports)
Able to work well in a studio environment and as a member of a team
