Building Surveyor

Are you a Building Surveyor with 1+  years experience on residential projects? Optimise Home are looking for you.

Demand for home renovations and extensions are rapidly increasing and our Optimise Home Service is looking to scale up to meet these needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic Surveyor to join our Optimise Home team on a full-time basis with an immediate start. You would be joining a creative and dynamic team based on 34 Fitzwilliam Street Upper in Dublin 2.

Role Summary

This role will support our Optimise Home team, carrying out surveys and preparing drawings and reports. You will be reporting to our MD. 

Requirements

Diploma or Degree qualified in Land Surveying, Geomatics or similar

Have 1+ years of relevant experience.

Be self-motivated and capable of working to deadlines.

Have experience with Leica Geo Office, Trimble Office, AutoCAD 

Have working knowledge of coordinate adjustments, calculations, analysis and presentation of results.

Have experience with GPS, Total Station and Leveling equipment.

Have experience of general survey techniques.

Have strong report writing skills and strong attention to detail.

Be willing to travel and have flexibility in working hours.

Hold a full and valid driving licence

Good communication skills & team player

High standard of customer service
